The hotel offers warm and air-conditioned rooms with views of the mountains opposite and the town. The service was very pleasant, but there were issues with the room not being cleaned and a rude manager. Its location couldn't be better, right on the Lake shore with a lakeside 15-minute stroll into Malcesine. The dining experience was very nice, offering a great choice and very tasty food. Facilities were good overall.

The hotel's location is amazing, right on the side of the lake with stunning views of Malcesine and the mountains. The rooms were extremely clean and had very good air conditioning, but some were small with no view. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, although not very accommodating when we had issues with our dark room. The dining experience varied from poor to excellent. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
